
Hi! I'm Aaron.
I began my college career as an ecology major, looking to become a research scientist. After spending a couple years doing field and laboratory work, I began veering more and more into quantitative biology and modeling.
Out of sheer curiosity, I started taking courses in pure computer science. I enjoyed these courses so much that I ended up graduating with a B.A. in the subject, after having worked on a swathe of innovative projects. I decided thereafter to specialize computer science and applied to graduate school to do so.
I graduated with an M.S. in computer science while studying game development at the University of Southern California. I learned a whole lot from a number of games industry veterans, and work on a number of large-scale games projects.
Since graduating, I've been developing games part-time as a technical designer for Last Sundae Studios, a small indie team.
